Terms of Service

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Arbwick Inc., based in Delaware, United States, for ArbWick at arbwick.xyz. By creating an account or using ArbWick’s services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use ArbWick

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement and legally permitted to use the features you access. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it to these terms.

You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions and each connected venue’s eligibility and geographic restrictions. You may not trade through ArbWick where that trading is prohibited or where the venue does not permit you to trade. Do not use a VPN, false location or another person’s account to bypass restrictions.

Check Polymarket’s terms, its geographic restrictions and Hyperliquid’s terms before using those features. Access to this website does not establish your eligibility to trade.

What ArbWick does, and doesn’t

ArbWick provides software to research a thesis, create a belief basket, view its index and submit authorized orders to third-party venues, including Polymarket and Hyperliquid. Available features and supported markets can change.

Research, AI output, baskets, indexes and backtests are information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. They may contain errors, omit relevant facts or become outdated. You make your own decisions and should verify information before acting. No return, accuracy, suitability or successful execution is guaranteed.

A Belief Index or backtest is not your account return. Fees, funding, slippage, execution timing and the positions you actually hold can produce different results. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results.

The risks are yours

  • Prediction markets and perpetual futures involve substantial risk. You can lose all funds committed to a position. Leverage, liquidation and funding charges can increase losses.
  • A basket’s orders execute separately. Some may fill while others fail or fill only partly, leaving an unbalanced position. Preview prices can change before execution.
  • Liquidity, venue outages, market rules and settlement decisions can prevent entry, exit or an expected payout. We do not control third-party market resolution.
  • Blockchains, smart contracts, bridges, wallets and stablecoins can fail, be exploited or lose value. Transfers to the wrong address or network may be unrecoverable, and confirmed transactions generally cannot be reversed.
  • You are responsible for monitoring positions, maintaining sufficient funds and handling taxes and reporting that apply to your activity.

Your account, wallet and permissions

Provide accurate account information and keep your email, Google account, devices and wallet access secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, private keys or recovery phrases with us.

Your embedded wallet is provided by Privy. ArbWick does not hold your wallet’s private key on its servers. Wallet, card-funding, bridge and trading services remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Review transaction amounts, destinations, networks, fees and permissions before authorizing an action. A wallet or venue permission can allow subsequent authorized actions without a fresh wallet prompt each time. You can manage available permissions through the wallet or venue; closing a browser tab does not cancel submitted orders or revoke permissions.

Fees and refunds

  • Belief creation. Any free allowance and build fee are shown before you submit. By requesting a paid build, you authorize collection of that fee in USDC from your ArbWick wallet once the belief is successfully built. No build fee is owed for a failed or refused build.
  • Automatic collection. Collection of an agreed build fee happens automatically when your wallet is available. If collection fails, the fee remains due and can be retried when funds or wallet access become available. Further builds may be unavailable until the outstanding fee is paid.
  • Trading and funding. Platform fees may apply in addition to venue, funding, bridge, card-provider and network fees. Review the applicable preview or provider’s quote. The final cost can depend on execution and network conditions.
  • Refunds. Fees for completed builds and executed services are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A losing trade or disappointing research result does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Contact [email protected] about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges so we can investigate.

Changes to future fees do not change a build fee you already agreed to. Third-party fees and refunds are governed by those providers’ terms. We cannot reverse a settled blockchain transaction; any refund we agree or are required to make is a separate payment.

Your submissions and public beliefs

You retain rights you hold in the material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce and display it as needed to operate ArbWick, generate research and baskets, and publish the resulting belief. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that material.

Completed beliefs can be public, including their thesis, research and basket, and may be indexed by search engines. Do not submit confidential information, another person’s personal information without permission, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Account closure does not automatically remove public beliefs or copies made by others.

AI output may be similar to output provided to other people. We do not guarantee that it is unique or free of third-party rights.

Using ArbWick fairly

Do not use ArbWick for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity. Do not impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or bypass access controls or usage limits. Our software, branding and third-party market data remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Availability and account closure

We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue features, or restrict an account where reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may stop using ArbWick and request account closure at [email protected]. Arrange access to your wallet and address remaining funds and positions first. Account closure does not close positions, cancel transactions, discharge fees already owed or remove records we must retain. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArbWick is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, trading losses or losses caused by third-party services. Our total liability arising from ArbWick is limited to the fees you paid to us for ArbWick during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Changes, disputes and contact

We update the date above when these terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using ArbWick. Revised terms apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Contact [email protected] with questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them. Nothing here prevents you from using rights or remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence require otherwise. This choice does not remove any consumer protections or rights to bring claims that cannot lawfully be waived.
